Insurance and Cancellation Protection

GLOBO ALPIN’s flight bookings include travel cancellation insurance, repatriation insurance and luggage insurance (complete protection) in the value of the airfare. For all other services and events, participants are responsible for their own cancellation insurance. GLOBO ALPIN offers cancellation insurance at a surcharge of EUR 50 (valid up to a total of EUR 1000 within Europe). The GLOBO ALPIN travel cancellation insurance must be booked at registration. Related costs shall be included in the total amount.
In case of withdrawal during the event/service (including flights), only costs that have not yet accrued, such as expenses for half-board, shall be refunded. The client cannot make further claims, even if a GLOBO ALPIN travel cancellation insurance has been bought.
 
Cancellation/Withdrawal:
For cancellations up to 30 days prior to the booked departure date a fee of EUR 150 arises. For cancellations 15 to 29 days prior to booked departure we shall charge 50% of the total journey fare, for cancellations placed 14 days or less prior to the booked departure a fee of 80% of the total journey costs applies. Flight bookings include a complete insurance package in the value of the airfare.
