From what age can children participate in the activities?
Our guided tours are suitable for children aged 6 and above.

How do participants get to the starting point of the tours?
The meeting point is at our office. From there, guests usually continue together with the mountain guide, provided there is sufficient space in the vehicle.

Until when is registration possible?
In general, the earlier you register, the better. However, booking is often still possible until 2:00 PM on the day before the tour, subject to availability.

What are the cancellation terms?
In case of cancellation, a free cancellation is possible until 12:00 PM on the day before the scheduled tour. After that, a cancellation fee of €35 per person will be charged.

How is catering organized during the tour?
Participants are required to bring their own food. We recommend a light packed meal, such as a sandwich, some fruit, and enough drinks to enjoy the tour well prepared.

What equipment is required?
For our tours, we recommend appropriate mountain equipment depending on the activity: sturdy, well-worn hiking shoes with good grip, weather-appropriate clothing, a rain jacket, and sun protection. A backpack for food and personal items is also required. Technical equipment is provided by the mountain guide.
