The southern Ortler Alps are renowned for their variety of ski touring routes and perfect slopes. With Rifugio Cesare Branca and Rifugio Pizzini-Frattola serving as our strategically located base camps, we have countless options for traverses and summit ascents, which are always adapted to the current conditions and weather.
This week, we will explore famous peaks such as Monte Cevedale or Punta San Matteo, as well as quieter summits. We will explore the vast glacial landscape of the Forno basin and experience authentic high-alpine ski touring.
Starting in Sulden, we take the lifts to quickly reach high alpine terrain, avoiding long and tiring approaches and maximising our time in the mountains.
